Shipping - all packages will be shipped as quickly as possible and arrival time will depend one where you live and what shipping method you select. We highly recommend using either express or tracked shipping as this is not only much quicker, but means we can track your item if it goes missing and offer a replacement.
Returns/exchanges - if an item is damaged in some way, we are more than happy to exchange and replace it free of cost. If you’d like to swap if for other reasons (such as wrong size etc.) we are more than happy to exchange (if we have a replacement in stock) as long as shipping is paid for on both ends. We do not offer refunds for customers changing their minds sorry, but can offer store credit if organised and customer arranges shipping
Undelivered items - unfortunately from time to time NZ Post have been known to misplace packages resulting in items never arriving. It is incredibly hard for us to locate these packages if there is no tracking number on them, so the only way we can guarantee compensation for lost items is if the item is tracked (by selecting tracked or express shipping). While we will try our best to locate lost items, we can not guarantee compensation for lost items if standard shipping is selected.
